How important is it to have a mobile optimised website?

As of the 21st April 2015, Google dramatically increased their ranking results on mobile ability. Google has since then released the ‘Hummingbird’ updated, and they made it clear that the future of search is mobile and websites that aren’t usable on handheld devices will see their search rank suffer for it.

Your web content might look great on a desktop but will probably be unreadable on a mobile device. Visitors won’t stay on your site if they have to pinch and zoom or squint at illegible type, or worse yet if it runs flash or anything that requires add-ons to display in a browser. If your website isn’t optimised professionally for mobile your bounce rate (the rate people leave your site on the first page) on mobile devices is going to be extremely high. By providing mobile visitors with an appropriate and intuitive user experience you will obviously engage visitors longer and drive more of them to purchase or enquire.

If your mobile website is difficult to navigate customers are more likely to go to the competition than to visit you on a desktop computer. If you can’t provide what they need when they need it you will have lost the opportunity for the sale and risk losing a customer permanently to a competitor.

In short, if you haven’t acted yet, you must act now if you wish to remain on Google search.

Amano furniture – New website – 2015

Amano furniture believe in creating a kitchen where every cabinet can be considered a piece of furniture in its own right. Time honoured techniques and traditional styling have allowed them to create a new range of modular furniture that will give you a truly unique design without the high price of a custom kitchen.

Amano furniture contacted us towards the end of 2015, about re-designing their website. We discussed exactly what this would involve, from there we begun immediately. Building the website has been a lot of fun, and we still are in contact with Amano furniture.

The Orange Car Company – Social Media Posts – 2016

The Orange Car Company did not feel as if there services were being appreciated for what they really offer. They came to Karubu for some advice on how to spread the word of  The Orange Car Company through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.

One of our unique services is scheduling posts for our clients, so that they can receive the recognition they deserve. We suggested that they sit back, relax and allow us to take over the hard work. We are now scheduling posts and tweets a day for The Orange Car Company, which is moving a lot of traffic towards there website.

The Orange Car Company – Merchandise – 2016

Our clients at The Orange Car Company felt as if there current merchandise was slightly dated, in which we did the right thing by lending a helping hand! We arranged a meeting, sat down and discussed a complete new set of merchandise which included business cards, letter heads and re-design of there logo.

They were more then pleased to allow us to go away and arrange all of the merchandise, which we did. They were more then happy with what we had supplied, and have begun using them already.
